Fight for Our Children

Updated: Jun 27

As Warriors for the Innocent began to build its platform, the search for the most appropriate tag line came under attack.

Machine Gun Preacher Sam Childers came to mind and the image of fighting for our children took on a whole new meaning. [The movie says it all – see trailer]

When we began our research on human trafficking, we quickly realized that we were facing varying degrees of crimes and violence against our children.

Honestly, it became an overwhelming burden ---

How do we possibly pull it all together and under what umbrella?

Then it occurred to me, the war is so much bigger than the fall of man in the garden of Eden. We understand where we are now and we feel the incredible urge to do something NOW. Thank you, Ashley Browning, you helped too.

So, what is the difference between all the hashtags that involve ‘our children’?

According to Wikipedia, Save Our Children is associated with a feud between gay rights and Christianity. We found another link to Save Our Children, Inc. which provides opportunities to youth in educational and leadership activities.

Save the Children is associated with several related child-welfare on-profits. The #1 organization is Save the Children Org

Protect Our Children is associated with the United Nations

Operation Protect Our Children is a joint operation between government agencies.

Defend our Children is associated (in part) with gun control.

Free Our Children is associated with the coronavirus confinement, and Free our children now is associated with the U.S.-Mexico border activists. It is also associated with our frontline warrior “Operation Underground Railroad”. This tag line was a close second.

Others have associated this topic with conspiracy theories and a mass removal of hashtags commenced.

This is a raging war, with many battlefields.

To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,
